General conditions
- CONFIRMATION: Confirmation of the booking of a tourist accommodation is valid for the period, amount and occupants indicated in the booking.
- OCCUPANTS: The client may accommodate a maximum of the number of persons defined in the characteristics of the flat.
- ENTRANCE: The time for entering the apartment is between 16:00 and 18:00 on the first day of the stay. If not otherwise specified, the keys will be collected from our headquarters. The customer will receive the necessary information.
- PAYMENT: Upon entry, payment must be made in full of the total amount including incidental expenses and tourist taxes.
- CHANGES: We reserve the right to change the rented flat with one with similar or better characteristics in the event of causes of force major, such as occupancy or defects occurring suddenly after the date of booking. Such changes do not entail any cost for the client.
- GUARANTEE: The customer shall leave a deposit, in cash or credit card, as a guarantee at the time of entry, for the amount indicated in the reservation. This deposit will be returned in full at check-out, except where damage is found in the flat or the house rules have not been respected (damage to furniture or equipment, or situations of extreme dirt or rubbish, food in the house, etc.). The expenses for restoring the condition of the flat upon check-in will be deducted from the deposit.
- CANCELLATION OF BOOKING BY THE CLIENT: Any request for cancellation or modification must be made through the website or must be sent in writing, by email, and will take effect from the day we receive the request. The customer will be required to pay the cancellation or modification expenses indicated below.
- More than 31 days before the arrival date = 0% of the booking price.
- 30 to 0 days prior to arrival date = 100% of the booking price.
There is no refund if the customer voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the stay before the end of the stay.
